Bit more than half a decade ago, this SaaS scale-up started with 4 ambitious entrepreneurs originating from the financial industry. With a strong vision and an inspiring CEO, they have offices on two continents and are profitable for two years.
 
Their SaaS solution offers Risk and Asset managers complete control on their investment portfolio by gathering and analyzing global data points. Their solution translates 10+ languages in order to monitor the world real-time. By clustering and filtering those data points, their clients will never miss opportunities and risks. Adyen, ING and Philips even integrated their SaaS solution in their frameworks!
 
Recently they have received a significant funding to expand their operations on European soil. They have developed new SaaS products and generated a tremendous amount of leads. Therefore, they are looking for an Account Executive SaaS to join their journey to disrupt the rests of the financial capitals.

The job: Account Executive SaaS EMEA | FinTech | Financial capitals disrupter

As their new account executive SaaS, you will work within an informal company culture with 50+ people where the majority are data scientists and engineers. Your sales team consist of a sales director, a fellow account executive and customer success managers.
 
Together you will decide how to set up the European sales operations and to disrupt the financial capitals such as Berlin, Paris, London or Madrid with new and existing SaaS products. When required, you will have the opportunity to create new propositions to penetrate new markets or develop existing clients.
 
You are bringing significant SaaS sales experiences to the table and love to be the closing Challenger. Your pipeline forecasting, sales processes and lead qualifications are near state-of-the-art what is valuable for a growing SaaS scale-up like this one. You will feel like a fish in the water at this company when you want to leave the corporate politics and to work in a flexible as well as dynamic work environment.
 
You will be at your best when you can have influence on the sales strategy and the additional sales operations. Best of all is that you can grow along with the company regarding career progression. Outstanding performance is being rewarded accordingly, just ask your new colleagues.

What is being required?

  • 5 to 10 years’ experience in SaaS sales
  • Experiences with EMEA sales cycles
  • Network in Risk & Asset managers
  • Experience with FinTech SaaS
  • Managed 3 to 9 months sales cycles
  • Team player as well as individual contributor
  • Pragmatic attitude
  • Can work in a constantly changing working environment

What is being offered?

  • Base salary of 70K
  • Bonus system on target is €50K
