Together with the marketing team you will pioneer the social media strategy. The marketing ‘’machine’’ in its current form has only been around for the past 2 years. Before those 2 years they relied solely on their talented sales department. So, they are a commercial and sales driven organization from the core. But as you are already aware, marketing & sales are a very effective combination. With your social media strategy, you will enhance the performance of their sales department. Sales and marketing are a one-two punch, and they need you to set up their social media strategy.

Within the organization you will be joining the current marketing team which consists of 7 people. You will be responsible for setting up a social media strategy from scratch. The goal of this strategy is to generate leads. These are high profile leads which can be worth millions of Euros. There is an enormous potential in the digital marketing space for this employer. So, the sky is the limit for you! You will be the first dedicated social media marketer, so you have a chance to make a real impact on the company. Besides that there are also senior marketers where you can learn from.

What do we need from you?

As the new Social Media Marketer we need from you:

• 2-4 years’ experience as a Social Media Marketeer
• A BSc or MSc degree in a related field
• Experience with developing social media strategies from scratch
• Experience in analyzing and reporting on results
• Knowledge of SEO and how to apply it in a social media context is a plus
• Fluency in English, other languages are a plus
