Country Lead France
This role involves a strong passion for sales and helping well trained sales team to reach their goals. You will be an inspiration for the team and work directly with the Director of EMEA and Northern Markets. You will also be responsible for the Southern Markets.
As Country lead you will join a company with almost no managers, the director of EMEA and you are in direct contact with the CEO and will keep focus on Europe together. The market has been well developed and the company holds a strong position. This has to be expanded. The global goals are outlined but it will be part of your role to develop a strategy for the next few years and you will take part in selling the biggest brands at c-level. There is a strong leading by example culture.
You are an excellent sales person with experience selling to brands and you know how to drive a pipeline and help sales teams excel to the best of their abilities.Building trust and growth within the team is crucial to helping them succeed, so you will need to be able to listen, bring a positive mindset when needed and keep focus on the objectives.

The company is a well-funded advertising solution that has been growing in France in the last 4 years. Founded in Europe and offices in the US, South America’s, UK, Europe, Asia and Middle East. The company culture is informal and has a focus on innovation and long-term customer service. There is little to no outflow of talent. Most of the employees join and grow into a new position.
