Customer Success Manager
The Customer Success Manager is responsible for the direct relation with the client after they have been on boarded. You will have access to value data of the client to help them maximizing their revenue.
To help the client you must understand their business, the content that they produce and know their audiences. That means you will develop a strong relationship with the client and find a solution for their problems. This could be strategic advice on how to manage their yield, spot opportunities by analysing data or trouble shoot small technical problems.
As Customer Success Manager you look for opportunities to upsell and identify the needs of the client and are able to translate this into improvements of the product or service. That means you will be coordinating with the product development and sales department on a regular basis.
You will be a key player in the organisation as the first point of contact for the client. This means you are able to work autonomously and take on a good deal or responsibility. This role really has an impact on the business of the company and gives you the possibility to make a deep dive in programmatic advertising on the publisher side.

- 1 or 2 years of working experience in digital advertising or SaaS (pre-sales)
- Preferably a good understanding of programmatic media
- Experience with analytical tools
- A passion for data
- A passion to learn and discover new things
- Good level of English (international clients)
- Strong people skills
- Able to work in a dynamic growing company
