Are you interested in AI? Would you like to join a company founded by French engineers who are pioneering in AI-Powered Advertising Technologies? Then this could be interesting for you. The company is a small team of 30 people based in Paris. They help media traders optimize their campaigns with algorithm that is learning how to optimize the campaigns for the traders and help them outperform their competitors.

It really helps them save time and reach their objectives. Your role as Sales Manager is to get reach out to the agencies, connect with the head of trading and consult on the use of this technology. It’s a more complex way of selling and requires a more consultative approach. This is why we are looking for a technology driven sales manager with a network of agencies.
 

Your role and responsibilities

As sales manager your role is to open up the relations with key decision makers at agencies. Having an existing network of head of trading, media traders and business directors at the big and independent agencies will be a must in order to succeed.
 
When you are selling a technology, you need to discover the bigger needs and goals of your clients. They need to adapt and implement the technology into their practice for it to work. Gaining their trust and finding a way the solution can help them in their work is the way to sell. You are more a consultative seller and are able to handle long sales cycles.

  • 50K-70K fixed + 50-70K bonus (100-130K package)

Qualifications for the role

  • You have 5 years of experience selling Ad Tech to agencies.
  • You have worked for a DSP or DMP. 
  • You are looking for a sales role based in Paris
  • Your first language is French. 
  • You have passion for tech and innovation
  • You have a good level of English
  • You are ambitious and are looking for a new adventure.
