It’s also about growing and nurturing your community—and your company will follow. With my formal education in psychology, I’ve learned that people come first.

In three words, my strengths lie in organization, collaboration, and innovation.

What I do for fun varies on a daily basis. I don’t just have one or two hobbies; name it and I’ve most likely tried it—or if I haven’t, it’s on the list, because I love trying new things! Reading, writing, baking, playing games, crocheting, gardening, and more fill up my hours. (Actually being good at them is a different story.)
