Your new role: Account Manager | Client Servicing | Retargeting Company
Currently, they are looking for an Account Manager to execute the following tasks:
- Develop and maintain client relationships by proactively overseeing the assigned portfolio of clients
- Provide strategic advice to clients and conduct business reviews with clients;
- Hands-on day-to-day management of campaigns for existing clients, including day to day monitoring of campaign performance, trend and data analysis;
- Successfully manage client communication and expectations throughout the campaign.
- Identify growth and up-sell opportunities.
- Facilitate internal business processes in terms of reporting, tracking, and proactive billing/payment fulfillment
What do we need from you?
- Minimum 2 years of experience of success in driving revenue growth through strategic account planning and management;
- Understanding of AdTech & online advertising markets in Singapore/ Indonesia / SEA
- Experience in managing online advertising campaigns for clients, preferably in e-commerce, online travel, gaming & classifieds verticals;
- Relevant experience in customer-facing roles or customer service required;
- Strong proficiency in MS excel & pivot table usage
- Ability to identify and understand customer needs and requirements;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Knowledge of Bahasa to handle Indonesian clients will be a plus
