Your new job: Account Manager | Programmatic AdTech Solution
You will be working with the Head of Business Operations who is an expert in client servicing, media buying & selling, and ad operations.
Expect to also handle a minimum of 10 clients at a time – clients are 80% local and 20% regional.
This will NOT be a campaign execution role and the primary focus is on Client Servicing. It is a replacement role.
- Manage relationships with key clients and act as POC for their requirements
- Work with the Client Partner in developing campaigns
- Recommending adjustments to key performance drivers
- Recommend optimisations of marketing campaigns by analysing performance
- Effectively guide the technical team on how to deliver success to clients
- Creating and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with clients
- Campaign reports on a monthly or weekly basis to clients
- Contracts and renewals management
- Assist the Sales & Finance team with payables and collections
What we would like you to bring?
As the new Programmatic AdTech Solution we need from you:
- At least 2 years of client servicing experience
- Knowledge in AdTech, Programmatic, AdOps
- Understanding of how Bid Manager works
- In platform hands on experience using programmatic platforms is a plus
- Experience & comfortability working in a lean team
