Your next Role; Account Manager

  • You are coming in already with an exposure to global brands
  • Your valuable experience from having worked in an agency is critical
  • You will get to manage day-to-day client activities
  • You get to drive, develop and plan creative campaigns relevant to your clients and their brief
  • You understand the sophistication required to represent global names
  • Your level of organizing, attention to detail are second nature to you
  • The core of your role relies in your ability to drive the business forward
  • Identifying opportunities to present ideas and get buy in of stakeholders is a great asset
  • You get to ensure status and other reporting to internal and external stakeholders
  • It’s important to remain cohesive in the process therefore you are there to ensure all activities follow a sign-off process
  • You get to create report presentations as required and as appropriate
  • Information is key, therefore your ongoing research will enable you to constantly deliver value
  • You get to thoroughly compile budgets for clients and new business
  • Your ability to make decisions between urgent and important will come into play nicely here 

 What would we like you to bring 

You are experienced when it comes to digital media projects, and definitely highly creative. You have the proven experience & abilities in handling  global accounts. You are agile enough to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side.

You are excited about developing and managing senior client relationships. You are confident in taking ownership and understands the value of fostering a healthy and long-term relationship building.
You are someone who can demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound. Your ability to collaborate is sharp and intentional. Your attention to detail and information is crucial. You lead people to an open communication to get to superb results. It’s one thing to know what to do, it’s another topic to communicate and effectively run them with your colleagues. Trust and communication is key.
Analytical and Solution Finder
Your high level of curiosity leads to finding out where problems really lie. Being solution-oriented enables you to care for the projects and the team so things will be done better or risks and mistakes will be mitigated or avoided.
