Your new job: Account manager | Sales Upsell Client Servicing

As an Account manager, you will 

  • Proactively oversee the assigned portfolio of clients
  • Identify growth and up-sell opportunities.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients
  • Conduct business reviews with clients
  • Manage client communication and expectations throughout the campaign, 
  • Facilitate internal business processes in terms of reporting, tracking, and proactive billing/payment fulfillment

What do we need from you?

  • At least 2-year experience in strategic account planning and management
  • Extensive knowledge of Singapore and SEA market
  • Experience in managing online advertising campaigns for clients, preferably in e-commerce, online travel, gaming & classifieds verticals
  • Relevant experience in customer-facing roles or customer service
