You would be part of a lean team composed of highly skilled and operational individuals. You will be reporting to the Ad Operations Manager, and will also help in managing digital brand advertising campaigns across JAPAC.
This is a growth role due to increase in clients.
You day-to-day will look like this:
- Activating, delivering and reporting on all advertising campaigns that run across a growing network of publishers
- Trafficking, managing, and optimising direct and programmatic ad campaigns
- Supporting internal Sales and Operations teams
- Proactively identifying issues and suggesting solutions
- Identifying and escalating issues ahead of time to help reduce financial implications
- Communicating with clients for online ad fulfillment needs
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns go live on-time
- Testing all 3rd party tracking, including viewability and brand safety vendors
What’s needed from you?
- Strong time management skills to process multiple requests from different internal departments
- Attention to detail and effective communication skills are of paramount importance to excel in this role
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in an Ad Operations role
- Demonstrated digital media experience in the ad tech industry, ad serving and ad management technologies
- Have working knowledge of DSP platforms and tools
- Familiarity with HTML, Javascript, DoubleClick for Publishers and/or rich media technologies is a big plus
- Ability to function in a fast-paced and evolving environment
