Role: Head of Digital Operations
This is a new leadership role within the Singapore office that will report to and work closely with the Managing Director of APAC. The Head of Digital Operations will manage a broad remit that covers, Client Success & Account Management; Ad Operations & Trading; and being the focal point of contact for all coordination & conversations around APAC Operations.
You will be expected to deliver immediate efficiency gains, streamlining of processes, along with long-term effectiveness improvements. All while supporting international growth plans. Necessitating leadership of a team of Account Managers, Creatives, Programmatic Traders & Ad Operations in Singapore
- Manage all APAC operations efficiently
- Manage and improve the effectiveness of the Singapore office
- Lead the Account Management, Ad Operations, Programmatic Trading, and Creative teams
- Plan & implement the rebooting of reporting systems
- Lead conversations with Product & Tech teams to improve the service operations
- Proactively and clearly communicate data and insights to sales & product teams.
- Lead delivery related client interactions, backed by data and understanding of technological aspects
- Sharp, analytical and growth-oriented professional

- Experience of 6-8 years in the digital media industry
- Strong experience, knowledge & contacts within the APAC digital landscape
- Outstanding teamwork, organizational, interpersonal & people management skills
- Ability to influence & create close strategic relationships with key stakeholders across regions (internally and externally)
- Exceptional analytical skills, high level of comfort with big data
- Tremendous attention to detail
