They work across boarders and past sectors, servicing esteemed clients from — Automotive, Education, Events, Fashion and Retail, FMCG, Government, Health & Beauty, Hospitality, F& B, Media, Tech and Tourism customers are doing the advertising for them, by word of mouth. Your Job: Account Associate/Manager

  • Primarily responsible for managing partnerships and relationships with clients and liaise with them on a day-to-day basis
  • Takes the lead in clients’ digital marketing and advertising strategies
  • Should be able to assess client business needs and identify new opportunities
  • Set and manage client expectations
  • Proactively communicate with clients to identify risks, solutions and creative executions
  • Liaises with the rest of the internal teams of creatives, content producers, growth strategists, developers and project managers to ensure smooth execution of client projects and campaigns
  • Complete projects within agreed budgets and timelines
  • Must data-savvy and have a firm understanding of current analytics approaches

What is required?

  • Someone who has an understanding of all things digital marketing: social media marketing, online media planning, branding, website and app development, email marketing and other interactive solutions
  • Keen attention to detail, deadlines and budget limitations
  • Experience with client relationship management preferred
  • Strong creativity and MAD communication skills– MADLY impeccable grammar and syntax with a flair for what's in the now
  • At least 2 to 3 years experience in a marketing/digital agency with a passion for social media, interactive executions and/or growth strategy
  • Someone who’s comfortable working in an agile, non-traditional, pet-friendly environment
