Your new role: Business Development Manager | Award-winning full-service law firm | SG Based | Earn up to SGD 9000

As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting compelling proposals, capability statements, reports, presentations, and other client-facing collaterals.
  • Implementing various aspects of our client care program, including communications and events.
  • Conducting in-depth research on clients, industries, and market trends.
  • Developing and preparing management reports.
  • Providing support in strategic positioning and messaging for the Firm’s business development initiatives.
  • Promoting best-practice business development processes and policies within the Firm.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Five years of relevant business development, sales, or marketing experience, preferably in professional services.
  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience in client relationship management, particularly in a professional services environment.
  • Strong command of English, with a passion for writing reports and various forms of communications.
  • Genuine enthusiasm to be an integral part of a dynamic team.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities, delivering on deadlines with a high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness and ability to take ownership of tasks.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
  • Proactive, positive, and ‘can-do’ mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
