Your new job: CRM & Loyalty Lead | Lead strategy | Provide technology solutions | Loyalty & Customer Experience Expert
As the CRM & Loyalty Lead, you are responsible for building a strong, growing business relationship with clients. You are key to understanding the clients’ needs and bridging that to relevant departments in the company. You are also responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered effectively & efficiently.
What do we need from you:

Build strong client relationships across regions to maintain and grow business.
- Manage the client brief, articulate, map out & document their requirements for internal discussion & planning, and implementation.
- Provide strong CRM-related strategies & data insights to clients (Retail-FMCG), working with the Data Science team to conduct deep dives and exploratory research to support client’s growth in the overall CRM space.
- Spearhead key business conversations with clients and value-add as CRM & Loyalty subject matter expert, especially around CRM architecture & loyalty frameworks.
- Drive the implementation and delivery of clients’ CRM projects and requirements.
- Act as a point of escalation for any client issues.
- Keep an eye out for additional projects, business, etc through client conversations.
- Implement & enforce SOPs, templates, etc., for the team to generate efficiencies for the team
- Mentor & collaborate closely with the Client Services team, providing strategic & operational support to the team
What would set you apart:
-
4+ years’ CRM-related working experience (email marketing/ campaign management – set-up, execution, performance, & metrics).
- Work experience & understanding of loyalty programs is a big plus.
- Data-related analytics skills are critical (MS Excel).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client account management skills are essential.
