As part of a bigger group, they specialize as a strategy and consulting arm, providing expertise across Management Consulting, Strategy, Research, Insight, CRM, Change Management, Marketing Effectiveness, Customer Strategy, Commercial and Channel Strategy, Digital Intelligence, Data, and Digital Transformation.
What do we need from you:
- 10+ years of deep experience in omnichannel marketing (CRM, CX, Performance Marketing, Loyalty).
- At least 3 years working in a leadership capacity.
- Be able to work closely with a CRM strategy team and data analyst to develop strategies born out of consumer, market, & behavioral insights.
- Help our clients maximize value from customer engagement by harnessing the power of data & leading them toward the best practices in CRM, loyalty, and data-driven marketing.
- Coaching and mentoring team members in technical and soft skills to grow and retain them.
What would set you apart?
- Proven ability to translate data analysis into actionable recommendations, projections, and KPIs
- Strong listening skills to understand client’s visible and invisible needs; be able to recognize a situation needing a resolution.
- Strong writing, presentation, and client-facing communication skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, SAP Hybris, Adobe Marketing Cloud, etc., is desirable.
