The Role;  Data Analyst for a massive Global Consumer Tech Brand SEAPAC region: 

  • Creation of Consumer Data-driven Marketing monthly report
  • KPI framing including sub KPI(Execution/Engagement/Conversion) in addition to main KPI (Sales contribution)
  • CRM campaign in-depth analysis (Campaign level personalization & creative analysis)
  • Report aggregation based on the different report from (CRM/Dotcom/Media)
  • Data partnership project audience insight analytics (Playbook / Campaign scenario)
  • Market research level of business land scape (Partner’s audience data size)
  • Audience data collaboration insight based on each partner’s data points
  • Brand’s target audience identification based on different data source (CRM/Dotcom/Media)
  • Campaign scenario framing based on audience segmentation

As a Data Analytst, your role might potentially cover:

  • CDM Dashboard
  • Automated process of CDM report (Report process automation by using Datorama)
  • In-depth campaign insight report for marketer’s decision making (Report framing for campaign insight)
  • Data partnership campaign performance report
  • KPI framing for performance tracking
  • In-depth campaign analysis for Data partnership campaign) 

Job Requirements:

  • Data processing – identify the right number along the different data source by using the right tool
  • CRM data analytics
  • Aggregated level of report analytics by using CRM reporting tool (SAP Hybris)
  • Audience profiling & segmentation based on the CRM data variables
  • In-depth analytics based on SQL query on raw data access (more advanced level than Dotcom data analytics dashboard reporting)
  • Media data analytics
  • Media campaign performance analysis based on performance(CTR/Conversion) & ROI(CPC/CPM/CPA) points by using media analytics tools like Adwords / Facebook Ads / Doubleclick
  • Audience insight based on Media planning tools like Google keyword/Display planner & Facebook audience insight
  • Media data analytics
  • Media campaign performance analysis based on performance(CTR/Conversion) & ROI(CPC/CPM/CPA) points by using media analytics tools like Adwords / Facebook Ads / Doubleclick

Qualifications: 

Essential

  • 6year of data analytics experience
  • 2year of Adobe analytics or Google analytics
  • 2year of SQL based analytics experience
  • 2year of Dashboard tools running like Dataroma, clicksense, etc.
  • 2year of Basic coding skills to automate the data processing like Python 

Good to have

  • Media data analytics like Adwords, Facebook Ads, DoubleClick
  • Competitor analytics like Similarweb, Alexarank, Appannie
  • FB/GG audience insight tools (Google keyword planner, Display planner, FB audience insight)
  • CRM data analytics like SalesForce, SAP Hybris
