Where do you fit in? Digital Media Account Manager
The Digital Media Account Manager is responsible for senior level account management, concentrated on ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. You will own all aspects of the Client relationships & acting as the daily POC.
It is a people management position, managing a team comprised of Planner Buyers & Executives. You will report to the Account Director.
- Lead campaign-performance decisions based on client data
- Build strong advisory relationship with clients
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to successfully deliver digital media campaigns – teams include Search and Social, Programmatic, Reporting, Trading & Strategy
- Direct team members in developing channel plans & creative solutions (based on a holistic & broad mediamix)
- Craft compelling brand campaign solutions (that include consumer & category insights, strategy, channel recommendations)
- Hands-on project manage the collaboration with media owners, agency partners & internal specialist teams
- Help develop measurement systems that will track ROI of media plans & ensure KPIs are met
What's needed from you?
As the new Digital Media Account Manager you need to have:
- Worked in a Digital Media Agency (experience only in creative media agency will be insufficient)
- Strong hands on experience in Digital Media Planning & Buying across mobile or digital
- Actually planned & run campaigns on Facebook, Adwords, Programmatic & 3rd party digital publishers
- Have managed junior team members
- Have conducted campaigns with either:
- Performance Objectives – conversion on website/app
- Brand Objectives – KPIs based on unique reach, brand uplift, viewable impressions
What would set you apart?
- 5+ years’ experience in a Digital Agency / Ad-Agency / Consulting / Media owner capacity
- Very familiar with tracking platforms such as DCM, Sizemek, IAS
- Well acquainted with analytics platforms like GA, Appsflyer, Adjust etc
- Expert in Excel & Powerpoint
- Eloquent communicator
- Confident in presenting/selling ideas to clients & agency partners.
- Working knowledge of digital buying & trading tech : including ad-servers, verification tools and DSP/DMPs etc
- Someone who can join in a month or even earlier
- A Singaporean or Permanent Resident
