The Role : Digital Web Director

  • The Digital Web Director will lead the South East Asia website online operation of this agencies major client, a global consumer technology giant.
  • Will work hand in hand, consulting directly with the client for local domain management.
  • You will be doing Digital Marketing planning based on consumer visitor analytics of the website.

 

The Functions. 

  • Regular monthly reporting (Abobe analytics) to understand website marketing visit performance & user journey insight
  • Tag implementation (Adobe DTM) in all marketing activity & tag auditing in SEA
  • Personalization campaign technical support with Adobe target operation
  • Total customer data management and build up unified consumer journey profile based on Adobe Audience Manager
  • Digital media campaign planning through DPM by managing AAM segmentation, DSP channel management, analytics based on AAM tagging

 

The Ideal Candidate.

  • More than 8 years of digital marketing experience
  • Full understanding of website operation with marketing cloud solution
  • Strong plus if you are Adobe marketing cloud certified or full experience in running Adobe Target, Adobe analytics, AAM and Adobe DTM  (Other marketing solution like GG marketing cloud, Salesforce, Oracle are applicable be substitutes)
  • Has website operation, strategy building experience (Performance metrics & KPI definition, Action planning)
  • Understands consumer journey insight analytics experience, based on web site visit traffic
  • Familiar with Client servicing/consulting for running website presence, with business & technical support
  • Deep understanding of digital media; running DMP connected to DSP; & Publishing site based on programatic AD exchange structure
  • Digital campaign planning experience, founded on web site analytics insight, via the use of re-targeting solutions
  • Experienced at Campaign analytics at user level for real time campaign optimization
  • More than 3 years of team management experience of more than 3 team members
  • Versed at Team KPI (business objective) management and resource management alignment
