Your Next Role: Director of Partnerships to lead our partnerships team and drive business development and revenue growth in the entertainment industry

In this role, you will work closely with the company's leadership team to identify new partnership opportunities and develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance our position in the market.
The ideal candidate for this position has a proven track record of success in business development, partnership management, and revenue growth in the entertainment industry. You should have exceptional communication and negotiation skills, the ability to build strong relationships with external partners, and a deep understanding of the industry landscape and emerging trend

The Function:

  • Develop and execute partnership sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Identify and evaluate potential sales partnership opportunities, including joint ventures, collaborations, and alliances
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners, including negotiating contracts, managing expectations, and resolving conflicts related to sales
  • Develop and manage partnership sales budgets, tracking ROI and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure effective implementation of sales partnership strategies
  • Identify and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration through partnerships
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify potential sales partnership opportunities and inform sales partnership strategies
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships with potential sales partners and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Develop and manage a team of partnership sales professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure team members are meeting their goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with senior executives to align partnership sales strategies with overall business objectives and priorities.

What do need from you:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with partners and close deals
  • Proven track record of successful partnership sales, including identifying and closing high-value partnerships
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute partnership sales strategies aligned with company goals and objectives
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure effective implementation of sales partnership strategies
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools to track performance metrics and ROI of partnership sales programs
  • Strong presentation skills to represent the company at industry events and conferences and pitch partnership opportunities for potential partners.
