Your new job: Game-Changing Marketplace Senior Manager

As the new Marketplace Senior Manager, you will be responsible for Client Acquisition, acquiring a steady stream of clients to kick start your marketplace as well as executing go-to-market strategies to capture customers, ensuring traction in the market and rocketing the platform into a known brand for children's therapy. You will also have a chance to be part of the leadership team fast tracking your career goals in a short span of time, building your own team, both your reporting middle managers and network of agencies to assist with your executions. As an experienced marketplace manager with experience in client acquisition, product marketing, and marketplace customer acquisition, you'll be an integral part of defining and executing the launch strategy to grow and scale your new 2-sided marketplace in Singapore and major cities in the region.
Responsibilities

  • Lead client acquisition and demand generation activities
  • Create a supply pipeline of therapists
  • Creating and executing a product marketing strategy
  • Assist in design and developing an online marketplace, through client and customer feedback catering to two specific audiences in the developmental therapy sector – therapists and parents.
  • Execute the full marketing funnel and flywheel for our organization from Awareness to Purchase and Loyalty.
  • Promote and optimize earned/owned/paid media

What we would like you to bring:

  • Strong Client Acquisition experience
  • bachelor's degree in a related field, and an MBA is a bonus.
  • at least 3 years of experience as a product manager or in a leadership role in a digital marketplace
  • a strong track record of execution excellence.
