Their team is composed of mobile, internet and software development experts coming from various IT industries. They have offices in the Asia Pacific, as well as South East Asia, North America and Europe.
 

Your role: Account Manager 

  • Work under the supervision of the Head of Operations
  • Day-to-day management, communication, negotiation and optimization of mobile performance campaigns
  • Stay on top of aggregated data, provide analysis of campaign reports, ensure clients’ or publishers’ metrics are met, including performance optimization
  • Create reports and keep records to ensure a coherent service
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Upsell clients on future and larger advertising opportunities with the agency
  • Learn and develop vast knowledge of clients’ business, competition, and latest industry news and trends
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team and deliver relevant information on the clients’ needs
  • Act as a primary point of contact for any questions regarding your accounts
  • Work closely with operations team to increase your knowledge and invest in your skills

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • All goals and your growth takes an inclusive initiative, communicate two-way on the career path you want to take 
  • Verbal and written proficiency in English. (Proficiency in an additional language is a plus)
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in account management in the digital industry. (Handling Mobile apps companies as clients is a plus)
  • Education: BA/BSc degree or its equivalent.
  • Self-starter, hungry for learning
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to manage several projects simultaneously, taking full responsibility for how you work together with the team
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. Always ready to do more and learn more
  • Creative and analytical thinker; fast learner.
