Role: Programmatic Trader
Will be part of the agency group level programmatic team. The Programmatic Trader will be hands on in planning, implementing, managing, optimizing and reporting on Programmatic campaigns.
The role will help assist in providing deep level insights, reporting and analysis for clients and our senior team.
- Help evaluate client needs by collaborating with Account Manager & agency team
- Prepare Media Plans based on client briefs
- Implement digital media buys (CPM, CPC, CPA) within budget
- Monitor & manage performance of campaigns – provide post launch analysis
- Develop Audience Insights utilizing multiple data sources
- Regular perform optimization to ensure KPIs are met – daily if needed
- Generate weekly campaign performance reporting
- Conduct in depth analysis of overall performance by developing of content, graphs and charts
- Provide recommendations for future campaigns
- Liaise with clients & partners to collect and translate 1st & 3rd party data points through company DMP
- Assist in on-boarding & educating of new programmatic traders
- BA/BS degree in related field or substantial work experience
- Ability to diagnose campaign issues & create solutions
- Strong written & verbal communication; and presentation skills
- Able to communicate and recommend solutions in an easy-to-understand format
- Strong analytical skills with keen interest in numbers
- Highly organized & meticulous, excellent time management
- Ability to manage multiple projects across several clients
- Able to work well under pressure, while still delivering exceptional results
- Self-motivated and have the capability to operate independently while being part of a team
- Open to Singaporean work permit holders
Best Fit Programmatic Trader
- Direct programmatic platform experience – DV360, Mediamath, TTD, etc
- 2-3 years of hands on experience in programmatic trading
- Experience in Media Planning or Buying of performance Display Advertising
- In-depth knowledge of SEM (Google AdWords / AdSense), web analytics and best practices for SEM
- Media agency experience
- Southeast Asia market experience
