The Role: Product Marketing Manager| SEA

  • Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing
  • Full campaign management including: Ideation, implementation, management, reporting and iteration with the objective of user growth and engagement around the product.
  • Management of internal and external communications to the user base.
  • Work with the Acquisition Manager to build, develop and manage acquisition campaigns that grow and develop the product user base.
  • Working with various internal teams including the creative teams, the field offices, Business Intelligence and Product teams to manage and implement communications to market as well as product marketing campaigns.
  • Prize distribution and logistics.
  • Work closely with regional teams in Indonesia, Malaysia, India and the Philippines.
  • Lend your product marketing expertise to key areas of the business to assist in the growth of the user base across multiple platforms including the companie's Android, iOS, web and J2ME products.

 

What is required?

  • Strong project management and coordination skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders, including in cross-cultural settings
  • High degree of initiative, drive and can work autonomously toward objectives
  • Flexible, adaptable to changing environments and activities
  • At least 4+ years work experience in product marketing – ideally in the tech industry, digital agency or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in hands-on campaign management; from idea generation to implementation, management, reporting and iteration of campaigns.
  • Data analysis and campaign reporting skills.
  • Strong english language skills (bonus for Bahasa, Hindi or Tagalog speakers)
  • Creative and open mind
  • Flexible, adaptable to changing environments and activities
  • Positive and can-do attitude
  • Happy to work in a fast paces start-up environment.
  • Strong desire to learn and stay on top of industry trends and developments
  • Adept organizational skills Resourceful Ability to multi-task and prioritize; must be able to meet tight deadlines for multiples projects
