From varying solutions being offered, the SEM analyst will be exposed to Programmatic Advertising, Data insights and analytics, full client servicing and project management, social media marketing, web and mobile, performance marketing, lead management and so on.

The job: SEM ANALYST (SEA) | Singapore-based

  • Using Google AdWords, Bing AdCenter, 3rd party SEM Platforms such as Kenshoo and Marin and other search engines— to be able to create, implement, track, analyze and optimize paid search campaigns
  • With minimal guidance and supervision, be able to conduct recurring weekly & monthly SEM optimization tasks (i.e. Keyword Expansion, Ad Testing, Negative Management, etc..)
  • Support SEM Program Managers in daily management of campaigns, carefully explore and own SEM opportunities. Measure and evaluate success of SEM campaigns to inform investment decisions
  • With the use of advanced excel skills and reporting tools, to be able to deliver analysis and insights that help teams optimize SEM programs
  • Continually provide ongoing and ad hoc analytical support to SEM program managers
  • Maintain and create Marketing's KPI Dashboards, with growing insights that can be derived from growing data
  • Perform regular quality assurance/quality control checks on assigned client campaigns to ensure they are running as contracted, continually bring up real-time and foreseen issues if any

 

What is required?

  • Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in either Marketing, Economics, or Mathematics. Or have an exemplary business mindset, established via experience.
  • Certifications: Search Advanced, Google AdWords Fundamentals, Display, and Marin
  • Within 3 years of relevant work experience in search marketing, digital marketing, and/or another highly quantitative, analytical, and results-driven, data-savvy environment.
  • Strong desire to learn and stay on top of industry trends and developments
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication (English)
  • Adept organizational skills Resourceful Ability to multi-task and prioritize; must be able to meet tight deadlines for multiples projects/campaigns

Would be good to have:

  • Experience with 3rd party campaign management platforms like Marin Software
  • Exposure to and experience with Google AdWords and Bing AdCenter
  • Advanced Excel Skills and Proficiency in various reporting tools  

What is offered?

  • Salary max of SGD 38,400 per year depending on skills and experience
