Your new Job: Performance & E-Commerce Lead

You will be directly reporting to the CEO. You will get to exchange and bounce of ideas with them since she comes from a Product Development background. You will be replacing someone that has been in the team for 5 years and now they have decided to create 2 new roles.

You are needed right now to manage the company's performance marketing and e-commerce platforms. You will be doing the following:

  • Develop sound brand management strategies, execute efficient marketing plans to enhance the brand experiences and build brand awareness.
  • Develop and grow online presence and social media presence.
  • Develop and implement product launch strategies and plans.
  • Manage graphic designers and external agencies to execute branding and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop effective digital ad strategies to enable e-commerce success in key regions – USA, Singapore, Canada and Australia.
  • Ensure a consistent marketing message throughout all the regions, provide product training to distributors and retailers and manage and support distributors to ensure successful sales performance.

What we need from you?

  • At least 8 years working experience, preferably in integrated and digital marketing.
  • High proficiency in the English language
  • Good understanding of key US ecommerce
  • Proficient with Performance Marketing especially Social (Instagram, Tiktok, etc)
  • Experienced with E-commerce platforms inluding Amazon, Shopify, Shopee, and Lazada
  • Creative and always bustling with ideas!
  • Leadership capabilities and good organization skills
  • Admirable work ethics, strong drive and team spirit.
  • Willingness to travel is essential
