Your new Job: Performance Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a dynamic Performance Manager to join our agency in Singapore.
Your role will be crucial in enhancing the efficiency of our digital marketing campaigns, focusing on the insurance sector, and driving mobile app downloads in ten Southeast Asian markets through various digital channels.
As a Performance Manager, you will:
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns, with a primary focus on mobile app downloads for a lifestyle app linked with insurance.
- Utilize data analytics and visualization tools to review and optimize campaign and app performance.
- Proficiently use campaign tools like Google Ads, programmatic platforms, and social media platforms to monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance.
- Implement attribution tracking using platforms such as Adjust or Appsflyer to measure and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Optimize campaigns across various digital channels, including Google, Apple, Meta, Tik Tok, X, LinkedIn, and more, tailored to different campaign types.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to refine campaign strategies, ad creatives, and landing pages.
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies, ensuring the agency remains innovative in performance marketing.
- Create and present regular performance reports to clients, emphasizing metrics like app downloads, cost per app download, cost per click, return on ad spend, and brand lift.
- Collaborate with creative teams to align messaging and visuals with performance goals.
- Lead strategic discussions with clients on campaign performance, offering actionable insights and guidance.
- Manage budget allocation across campaigns to achieve optimal ROI.
- Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to junior members of the performance team.
What we need from you?
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance optimization.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of team management experience.
- Proficiency in data analytics and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, DV360, Appsflyer, Adjust, and programmatic platforms (StackAdapt, The TradeDesk, Xandr).
- Familiarity with social media platforms, including Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, and programmatic dOOH, will be a bonus.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and other digital marketing channels.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- A strategic thinker capable of developing and implementing effective performance strategies.
- Able to manage multiple campaigns across different platforms and campaign types.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- A team player with leadership capabilities and the ability to mentor junior team members.
- Certification in relevant digital marketing platforms is a plus.
