The job: Performance Marketing Specialist | Facebook/Instagram Ads | Google Ads

Since it is a small team, you will be directly reporting the the Marketing Director & Founder. You will be servicing client accounts and making data-driven decisions. You will also be showing your ability to grow client revenues by wisely managing campaign processes and delivering results.

What we need from you:

  • Ability to execute decisions based on data and maximize campaign performance across platforms
  • Hands-on experience executing digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn. (Twitter, TikTok, and others are a plus)
  • 5 Google certifications or the capability to complete them by the time of joining
  • Familiarity with creative requirements and ability to work with in house creative production team (creativity capability from you is a plus)
  • Ability to set up conversion events, pixels, and tracking across your campaigns (Google Tag Manager)
  • Data studio skills are a plus
  • Capability to create and understand Excel sheets and produce charts
  • Mar-tech and email automation is a bonus
  • The ability to sell and upsell additional services portfolios to clients is considered a huge plus
