Rather than just optimizing towards first purchase or first transaction, they would track using beyond first transaction to any transactions in an un-windowed or windowed period to establish the value of the traffic source from where the user came. Basically they track every action that happened on the customer side back to the ad that created it. They have a set of predictive models from that data created to look at the behavioral time so the rate of increase of lifetime value or the number of purchases.

The company specializes uniquely on performance advertisers specifically in direct response verticals: e-commerce, lead generation, travel, social gaming.

The Role: Platform Account Manager

In continue expansion and to match the ever increasing demand, now the company is looking for an additional Platform Account Manager with traits as being analytical, creative, and intuitive and driven as they are tasked with proactively optimizing and managing campaigns through the companies own Ad Engine software.  Working closely with the Account Management and Optimization team

With a solid foundation in campaign management, successful individuals have the opportunity to further their career by becoming leaders within the group and grow with the company as it expands into new verticals, media channels, and locations.

For this you will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of campaigns, including pre-campaign tasks, campaign-performance optimization, and post-campaign reconciliation
  • Oversee the execution of campaigns and generate internal reports and dashboards to support the overall growth
  • Provide forecasts, prepare ad plans, and test/QA creative assets
  • Optimize to meet/exceed the customers’ campaign goals, and provide ongoing reporting and discrepancy monitoring
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers with regards to ad operations and campaign performance

Ideally you at least must have:

  • Demonstrated ability to work with data and identify trends
  • Experience managing ad spend either in search, display or social media
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, pivot tables
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to learn
  • Ability to communicate and work with sales, account management, product, and engineering
  • Can function as an individual contributor and as a team player
  • Experience working in Facebook’s Power Editor, Ads Manager or another Facebook Advertising Platform a plus
  • Background in performance based marketing such as lead generation or direct response a plus
  • Strong knowledge of advertising operations and an insane level of attention to detail
  • A love for social games, ecommerce, advertising, or entrepreneurship
  • English language a must
  • Occasional traveling is expected:  20% to 50% of the time.
