This is a growth role that will report to the Client Services Manager and will play an integral role in the after-sales client relationship and lifecycle.
You will also work closely with the Account Executives to ensure clients achieve their campaign target performance.
This is your day-to-day:
- Being the main point of contact for the clients assigned to you, supporting managed and self-serve users by understanding their goals and troubleshooting issues
- Ensuring client campaigns are successful by coordinating with clients regarding their business and campaign goals
- Providing strategic solutions or recommendations and optimizations to meet identified KPIs
- Setting up advertising campaigns on the platform, including third-party tag implementation and pixel creation or troubleshooting
- Participating in any potential opportunities to improve services; development of tools, procedures and reports aimed to increase efficiency within the department
- Joining in-person and virtual meetings, presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews, and training/education
- Ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to clients
What we would like you to bring:
As the new Programmatic Account Manager | Self-Serve Programmatic Advertising Platform | Google AdWords, we need from you:
- At least 1-year of RTB/programmatic experience is a must (DSP, Ad Network)
- Experience in running Google AdWords, Facebook Ads
- Google Analytics and/or Google Tag Manager experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Persistence to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge
