The Role: Programmatic Sales Manager in Singapore
Having the unique chance of working closely and hand-with-hand with the company’s key officers and top management, you would be driving smartphone native advertising revenues from the programmatic buying community in Southeast Asia, starting with the tech core in Singapore.
By being able to understand and create compelling programmatic deal structures and packages, as well as how to interplay between DSP and SSP for media buyers and marketing audiences, you would be able to represent well the company, the processes and the inventories on the buying platform of choice in order to develop accounts, close deals, and convert targets to revenues.
The ideal candidate:
- Must have at least 2+ years experience on programmatic sales
- Posses strong relationships and an excellent reputation with key media agencies and ATDs
- An in-depth and advanced understanding of the programmatic, mobile and native ad markets
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, deliver on or before deadlines
- Experience generating revenue against personal and team targets (and love smashing them!)
- Willing to work and be part of a startup chaotic culture and embrace it
- Feel excited about setting up something from scratch
- A great listener and be thorough in your follow-ups to meetings
- Has a strong sense of ownership and accountability to get the job done
- You must be a citizen of SG
- Traveling around SEA may be required for this role
