Your new job: Programmatic Specialist | AdTech Startup | DV360 | RTB | Google Tag
They are currently seeking an experienced, analytics-driven individual to help in expanding the footprint of their Programmatic platform in the local and regional scene.
You will be contributing to a high-growth, fast-paced team.
Your day-to-day would be:
- Managing display, video, mobile, programmatic RTB, social media, LinkedIn, native online advertising regional campaigns for regional clients
- Optimising and managing each account’s campaigns to ensure success metrics are achieved
- Identifying potential issues and recommending points for improvement
- Recommending campaign media plans and tactics
- Developing and seeing-through solutions based on client success metrics, KPIs, or desired campaign results
- Performing excellent data analysis and optimize the delivery of running campaigns
- Creating weekly reports, ad hoc reports, and final reports with audience insights, performance insights, and brand insights that are meaningful for clients
- Working closely with multiple Sales, Creatives, and Engineering teams across regions to resolve issues, pacing deficiencies, and client concerns
What we would like you to bring?
As the new Programmatic Specialist | AdTech Startup | DV360 | RTB | Google Tag, we need from you:
- A strong consulting mindset with good client engagement experience
- Extensive knowledge of digital platforms
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate insights to multiple stakeholders and drive new value to exist accounts by identifying new opportunities or gaps within ongoing programs
- Experience in digital marketing agencies or ad tech companies for 3+ years
- 2 to 3 years of experience as an account strategist, trader, or ad operation
- Experience in managing regional online advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook, DV360, Xandr (AppNexus), TikTok, and LinkedIn for clients and performing complicated campaign analysis
- Good knowledge of ad platforms, DSPs, SSPs, ad networks, and ad exchanges
- Experience in Analytics & Measurement Tools (Google Analytics, GTM, Campaign Manager) would be an added advantage
