Your new job: Recruitment Consultant |  Bonus structure: Triple your monthly salary

As a (junior) recruiter you will support clients finding the right candidate for the right position. You will be the person to go to and who makes the difference for your client. Because you maintain a high quality and professional network, you will ensure that the candidates you mediate, will ensure the growth and / or increase of turnover for your clients.

Because you deliver these kinds of professionals, you will build report with clients and you will be known as ‘the person to go to’. In addition to ensuring the growth of your clients, you will also help the candidates to undergo a complete change in his / her life.

Look around you at the people you know and ask yourself how many hours they spend on their work.
