Currently they are looking for someone who can take the lead and drive region’s platform sales initiatives with key partners, brands, content providers, agencies and advertisers by providing platform solutions for their needs.
The job: “Regional General Manager ”
The ideal candidate is someone who could scale the company’s South East Asia operations and eventually grow into the face of the company in South East Asia and drive the P&Ls for the region. They are a true start-up. Hence, the role would require dealing with chaos and ambiguity – a great opportunity for people who can work independently and are self-driven.
This role will provide an opportunity to grow a market for an exciting start-up at the intersection of mobile and big data. South East Asia is one of the fastest growing markets globally and the company’s unique strength to leverage user data to disrupt the eco-system and key learnings from other markets would be a game changer.
You will be able to:
- Drive adoption of the intelligence location platform across trading desks, agencies, channel partners and enterprise clients across South East Asia.
- Close long term commitments from top 10 strategic partners.
- Contribute to the development of the regional sales plan, in conjunction with Global Leadership team.
- Be the face of the company and evangelize at key mobile, big data and marketing summits in South East Asia.
- Work with teams across London, Bangalore, Tokyo, Sydney and San Francisco to articulate product and marketing plan for your market.
- Lay the ground work and strategy for new products in pipeline.
- 12-15 years of experience in the Digital Landscape
- Strong background in selling Ad Technology
- Deep knowledge of Programmatic Marketing.
- Experience in managing senior team members.
- Managed full control of P&Ls.
- Lives already in Singapore.
- A demonstrable understanding of the needs and requirements of digital and mobile media buyers.
- Demonstrable self-starter experience.
- A commitment to being a team player in a dynamic environment.
- Good references from employers and agency customers.
