The Company: Fast Growing Ad Tech Company specialized in Location-based Audience Targetting

Founded 5 years ago, headquartered now Singapore, based on the numbers game alone it could be potentially considered as the fastest growing start-up in the region, and probably the whole Asia.

The company specializes in mobile marketing powered by their proprietary Location-based Audience Targeting technology to leverage historical location and context for data driven marketing. It has more than 25M of funding received only in 2 rounds, funded by strategic investors which focus on Digital Marketing.

In fact it has a strong presence across JAPAC, India and Europe and currently it has a Start up culture with a growing team, composed by a driven by a very smart, creative and collaborative people, which believe in inspiring their colleagues and making a real impact through their work.

Currently they are looking for someone who can be the first point of contact for new clients, ensuring their successful on-boarding to the platform and introduction to the business, managing integrations with their existing technologies and architecting a solid solution.

The role: “Regional Programmatic Technical Account Manager”

As a Technical Account Manager you will become an expert in their Programmatic Advertising technology solutions. The Technical Account Manager will be involved throughout the lifecycle of existing customers for technical matters, managing and driving projects to add or update functionality and features, and being the key point of contact for any technical issues with the solution.
 
Responsibilities include:

  • Managing all projects and new client on-boarding
  • Architecting solutions and preparing project plans for their delivery
  • Working closely with the Sales, Ad Ops team and Client Services Team to ensure the successful transition of new business to live clients
  • Acting as a knowledge hub for all new and existing clients and projects on the platform

Essential Requirements?

  • Deep knowledge of Programmatic Marketing.
  • Based in Singapore
  • A strong background in digital or mobile sales and account management.
  • A demonstrable understanding of the needs and requirements of digital and mobile media buyers.
  • Strong PowerPoint and excel skills.
  • The confidence to present to large and small audiences.
  • Demonstrable self-starter experience.
  • A commitment to being a team player in a dynamic environment.
  • Good references from employers and agency customers.
