Your new Job: Retail Manager | Designer Fashion, Luxury Asian Brand
What will you do?
As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily store operations.
- Being visible on the floor to provide excellent customer service.
- Tracking and managing inventory levels.
- Coordinating customer relationship management (CRM) activities in the stores as instructed.
- Selecting merchandise that meets customer needs.
- Comparing store sales to budgets and team performance on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assisting with store-specific marketing campaigns.
- Leading and mentoring a team of retail associates.
What we need from you?
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years at the supervisory level in the luxury retail industry
- Possess good communication skills and sales driven
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
