Your new Job: Retail Manager | Designer Fashion, Luxury Asian Brand

What will you do?

As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing daily store operations.
  • Being visible on the floor to provide excellent customer service.
  • Tracking and managing inventory levels.
  • Coordinating customer relationship management (CRM) activities in the stores as instructed.
  • Selecting merchandise that meets customer needs.
  • Comparing store sales to budgets and team performance on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Assisting with store-specific marketing campaigns.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of retail associates.

What we need from you?

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years at the supervisory level in the luxury retail industry
  • Possess good communication skills and sales driven
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
