Your Job: Sales & Business Development Executive / Manager

  • Combine market data, qualitative research and product knowledge to identify marketing/advertising needs of potential clients
  • Gaining a comprehensive context for advertising strategies by analyzing a wide range of information in great detail, including demographics, socio-economics and the market for the client's product and market share;
  • Liaising with clients to identify specific business problems and develop ideas;
  • Meeting the client to learn the background of the brand and advising on possible approaches to the target market;
  • Research and recommend new digital asset coordination best practices and new tools
  • Prepare and present effective digital marketing solutions to potential clients helping them connect their business with their targeted audiences
  • Deliver high impact sales presentations
  • Negotiate effectively with clients
  • Ensure professional representation with every client interactions
  • Ensure proper and correct information flow from clients to internal support team and vice versa
  • Presenting conclusions and ideas to clients and other agency staff
  • Ensure individual sales targets are achieved
  • Be conscientious in learning and upgrading professional knowledge in digital marketing solutions.

What is required?

  • Minimum 2 years of corporate sales experience with proven track record in sales achievement
  • Knowledge of past impact in previous employments, clients and in the industry
  • Nitty-gritty communicator, first by establishing ability to be conscious about understanding how to help prospects, plot out a solution plan
  • Confident and resourceful with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Analytical, meticulous, and organized
  • Lase-focused attention to details, see the whole landscape of the situation
  • Adaptable and able to handle multiple priorities
  • Strong understanding in Performance and Digital Marketing
  • Background in Search Marketing solutions/tools, platforms.
