Key Responsibilities as a Senior Marketing Specialist:
- Assisting with establishing brand position, identifying target audiences, and developing marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels, segments and countries
- Assisting in the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
- Assisting in the analysis of customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Maintaining and conducting analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extracting key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
- Assist in the development and implementation of the marketing strategy across SEAP
- Liaise with SEAP Sales to identify and support development of product line value propositions. Implement programs to improve sales effectiveness for new and existing products
- Execute short and long-term strategies to optimize sales and profit in SEAP in conjunction with country managers. Support country managers to drive business performance by initiating and implementing effective marketing plans and promotions for the specific products in their market segments
- Implement and monitor brand strategy through effective market segmentation and brand positioning
- Content creation: Manage development, production, and distribution of promotional and collateral materials to support sales and marketing programs
- Administer promotional activities including print, digital media, direct mail, point-of-purchase displays, signage, sponsorship, trade shows and all other events
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for increased sales
- Monitor market trends and the aftermarket competitive environment
- Assist with all new product-related introductions. Eg. Brand approval, artwork creation
- Administer marketing budget across all brands through SEAP region
- Maintaining trademarks, intellectual properties with regional stakeholders. Ensuring brand consistency and keeping all marketing efforts align with the organization’s brand guidelines.
What we need from you?
- University degree in Business Administration / Marketing Management / Commerce with +2 years of related experience preferably in the automotive aftermarket but not essential
- Marketing experience in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) is advantageous
- Automotive and B2B experience is ideal, but not mandatory
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects through to execution
- Strong teamwork and excellent communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence direction internally and with customers.
