Currently present in 12 markets and is now seeking a proven sales leader to accelerate their growth in other markets.

Your new job: Senior Sales Executive | Creative programmatic, Ad Serving, Audience Targeting

Reporting directly to the Head Of Sales, you will mainly be responsible for developing business growth and achieving sales, profit and assigned targets.

The function:

  • Accountable for budget control, negotiation of favorable terms and effective utilisation of funds to achieve financial targets.
  • Generating sales leads through personal, professional and external networks.
  • Presents, negotiates and sells Digital Media products to prospective agencies and direct clients, typically pitching to executives, media planners and marketing managers.
  • Develop and implement innovative and effective sales strategies to assist each team members to achieve its annual, quarterly and monthly sales and other assigned targets.
  • Conduct quarterly, half-yearly and annual Business Reviews with the assigned team members to improve performance.
  • Establish a high level of rapport with current and potential clients as well as provide accurate and timely information for decision-making purposes.
  • Conduct regular sales analysis to evaluate sales effectiveness and identify business opportunities to grow the business.

What do need from you:

  • Advertising experience and strong agency network will be an added advantage.
  • Candidate will demonstrate a strategic and analytical sales approach with the focus on securing new business.
  • Experience in advertising/media, strategic marketing and/or consulting is strongly preferred.
  • Must be a customer-focused leader with excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills.
  • Experience selling web solutions in a highly competitive environment is ideal.
