This is a growth role – dedicated only to between 2 to 5 accounts.
- Serve as main client contact, ensuring smooth communication within the team and clients.
- Manage social media accounts across multiple platforms.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and provide creative guidance.
- Collaborate with content creators for sponsored content.
- Analyze and report on social media account growth and success.
- Conduct market research for tailored campaigns.
- Provide comprehensive support to clients, including report preparation and issue resolution.

- Relevant diploma/degree preferred (communications, marketing).

- Well-organized and adept at managing multiple challenging deadlines.
