This is a growth role that will report directly to the Director.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals.
- Optimize social content across multiple channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram) through a clear framework.
- Create engaging content and continuously monitor metrics for campaign success and optimization.
- Lead a social media team, collaborating with internal teams and external partners for exceptional campaigns.
- Stay updated on social media trends, ensuring a relevant and effective social media presence.
What we would like you to bring:

- At least 4 years of experience in social media management, including team leadership and agency work.
- Proficient in social media metrics and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

- Demonstrated success in fostering audience engagement and driving growth on social media platforms.
