Your new job: Social Media Trader | Trading Desk | Programmatic
As the new Social Trader | The First Client-Friendly Trading Desk you will be part of their world-class programmatic experts who will contribute to managing, setting up, and optimising social programmatic campaigns. This is a new role because of the growth in clients.
Your day-to-day would be:
- Setting up campaigns, following the trading desk processes (briefing platform, creative upload, strategies set up, strategy/ audience recommendations)
- Monitoring and optimising campaign metrics toward the clients’ goals (branding, traffic, acquisitions, app installs, lead generation) and KPIs
- Timely flagging of pacing issues and delivery
- Communicating with internal teams and agency partners to develop, execute, and retain successful social campaigns
- Monitoring, tracking, and evaluating campaign performance
- Reporting and identifying optimisation opportunities and making recommendations to improve campaign results
- Monthly reporting to clients, verifying data accuracy, providing analysis and keeping the stakeholders updated on client account status
What we would like you to bring:
As the new Social Media Trader | Trading Desk | Programmatic we need from you:
- At least 1 year experience in running paid social campaigns (social media planning and buying)
- Knowledge of common and growing social media channels in Singapore (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok, Twitter)
- Can juggle multiple priorities and can work in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of the wider social and digital ecosystem (publishers, platform, partners).
- Proficiency in Facebook/Instagram/Tiktok/Twitter/ LinkedIn Ads Manager (Blueprint Certified is a bonus)
