Your new job: Strategy Director | Integrated Media, Strategy, APAC | Singapore-based

We are looking for a personable, client-first strategy director to work as the global brand and sponsorships strategy lead. The role is to work within our dynamic regional team on a key global finance client, with the regional team based in Singapore.

The role will span across several key markets, primarily focused leading the media strategy on all global brand campaigns, as well as the ongoing sponsorship activity, primarily focused on a key global sponsorship with offline and digital activations.

Responsibilities will include working closely with senior regional clients, senior creative agency points of contact, and account leads to plan regional campaigns and oversee flawless execution in collaboration with the business lead and other brands within the network.

You will also be responsible for creating strategic client insight and helping to deliver the insights across the business.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in brand strategy, deep understanding on how creative and media work together, as well as having a good understanding of data and the importance of attribution modelling. What will you do?

  • Developing a deep understanding of client business, building strong client relationships with key senior client stakeholders at a regional level, ensuring client needs are met and client satisfaction is high

  • Building excellent relationships with strategic pan-regional media owners and digital partners

  • Identify opportunities for client growth and revenue potential

  • Developing the global strategic brand vision from start-to-finish, understand our clients’ business needs, translating this into media strategies that deliver on goals across offline and online media in key markets

  • Oversee all campaign execution, to ensure best-in-class and innovative media activation

  • Understand and utilise tools and platforms to gather insights to inform strategy and overall client vision

  • Establish relevant and meaningful campaign KPIs, understand attribution modelling and work with teams to implement on ongoing campaigns

  • Work closely with client’s measurement agency to understand the impact of media spend on business performance across global campaigns and local market

  • Work collaboratively with global team members in local markets, ensuring best practice is being driven across all teams

What we need from you:

  • 8-11 years’ experience in integrated strategic media planning, with a focus on brand

  • Experience in developing and executing regional digital strategies across offline and online media

  • Data-driven solutions and comfortable with insights platforms

  • A storyteller who is comfortable creating strategic presentations from scratch and deliver to clients effectively

  • Experienced with Microsoft Office products e.g. Excel and PowerPoint

  • Firm understanding of the regional APAC media landscape and the drive to keep up to date with the latest trends

  • Enthusiastic in seeking out creative solutions to achieve clients' business goals and objectives

  • Familiar with the process of creative production and understanding the relationship between creative and media

  • Independent, confident, pro-active and passionate

  • Experience working with finance clients is a plus
