Where do you fit in as a Talent Acquisition Intern? 

Your primary responsibility as a Talent Acquisition Intern is to support our HR Manager in finding the best-in-class talent who exemplifies our culture and core values.

You will perform day-to-day recruitment functions and duties that include profiling, screening, selection, documentation, and reporting.

You are also a resource for creative recruitment practices that help deliver the best candidate experience in the industry. Responsibilities include: 

  • Building & maintaining a high-quality professional network of recruitment candidates. 
  • Managing recruitment with emphasis on proactive sourcing 
  • Handling initial candidate screening & data gathering 
  • Continually updating candidate information in our database 
  • Writing job ads for our internal vacancies & promoting them on online channels 
  • Managing inbound candidates coming from job ads 
  • Assisting with any recruitment events and employer branding initiatives 
  • Leveraging recruitment marketing techniques to help continually attract passive candidates 
  • Managing regular reporting on hiring process 
  • Keeping track and staying updated on recruitment news, intelligence & best practices. 

What would set you apart? 

  • Excellent written communication skills, with extremely high fluency in English 
  • Experience in communicating with international clientele 
  • Background in market research, recruitment sourcing, and/or talent discovery 
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset 
  • Ability to work independently 
  • High organization and a detail-oriented working style 
  • Exposure to a startup environment
