- You are someone who breathes everything related to DMP (Data Management Platform)
- You are expert in Adobe Data Management Platform / Adobe Audience Manager or similar DMP
- You have run campaigns using Adobe Audience Manager / or similar and optimized media performance, You have run retargeting campaigns using Adobe DMP and Analytics. Regional exposure and experience managing campaigns in few APAC markets
- You are able to demonstrate your knowledge of tagging, tracking and reporting on digital media activities, and using this data to drive consistent optimization of campaign performance.
- You have the ability to draw critical analysis from data, and use it to present a clear set of recommendations to local country teams. Strong project management skills with high levels of autonomy and self-motivation.
- You are comfortable with presenting to various stakeholders and quick to reach for the phone to talk to local country teams and agency partners on a regular basis

The Role: “Adobe DMP Manager”, The Ultimate Data Management Platform Specialist
You will use your passion for digital media and business performance to be the center of expertise for DMP implementation and Media Optimization across the Southeast Asia and Pacific region. You will work across local country teams and their respective media agencies to navigate the path towards Audience Profile Creation.
You will use your expertise and knowledge to bring local country digital teams along on the journey with you. A key part of this role revolves around using your expertise to build regional consensus and drive continual improvements across the 9 regional subsidiaries.
What you will be able to do:
- Expert in DMP integration / implementation
- Audience Profile creation / segmentation
- Run campaigns and optimizing media using DMP segments / profiles
- Plan retargeting campaigns using DMP and Adobe Analytics datasets
- Comfortable with presenting to various stakeholders and quick to reach for the phone to talk to local country teams and agency partners on a regular basis.
