Responsibilities
As Lead Performance Marketing, you play a key role in further professionalizing the entire demand generation approach. You are responsible for building a predictable marketing funnel: from identifying new market opportunities to generating and converting high-quality leads. In doing so, you don’t just look at ad performance; you oversee the full buyer journey and continuously drive improvements.
You work closely with sales, content, and a team that continuously gathers market intelligence. This way, you know exactly when organizations are, for example, relocating, renovating, or opening new office locations, those are the moments when the need for the technology arises.
Based on these insights, you develop targeted campaigns via channels such as LinkedIn and Google, analyze website performance, and continuously optimize conversion and search results. You’ll have the freedom, and the budgets, to test new ideas and further build out the marketing strategy.
Demands
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B demand generation or performance marketing.
- You understand how a complex B2B buyer journey works and know how to connect marketing and sales within it.
- You can analyze websites and campaigns and translate insights into concrete improvements.
- You are data-driven, ask sharp questions, and don’t accept assumptions without testing them.
- Experience with LinkedIn Advertising and SEA (Search Engine Advertising).
- You work proactively, take ownership, and feel comfortable in a fast-growing organization with plenty of room to set direction yourself.
- Strong command of the English language.

- Gross annual salary up to €90k incl. holiday allowance, based on a 40-hour workweek
