As Lead Performance Marketing, you play a key role in further professionalizing the entire demand generation approach. You are responsible for building a predictable marketing funnel: from identifying new market opportunities to generating and converting high-quality leads. In doing so, you don’t just look at ad performance; you oversee the full buyer journey and continuously drive improvements. You work closely with sales, content, and a team that continuously gathers market intelligence.

The organisation is looking for a Data Analyst to join the team. In this role, you will use data and business insights to understand marketplace performance, evaluate pricing and growth opportunities, and help turn analysis into action. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, strategic thinking, and executional ownership to deliver growth and efficiency.

As the Performance Marketeer you are responsible for building, managing and optimising paid campaigns, with SEA as your primary focus, complemented by Meta and other relevant channels. The goal is clear: generate as much high-quality traffic and bookings as possible. You work closely with the commercial team and report directly to the Marketing Manager.
