The procedure

We always follow a thorough procedure during the search for your organisations’ new digital leader. We first ensure that the desired profile has been drawn up correctly, and that the market has been rigorously mapped out.

We then discuss your organisation’s proposition with our pre-selected candidates. Among other features, your potential new digital leader will always be screened in terms of background, experience, personality and leadership skills.

Then we ensure that there is a match between the organisational culture and objectives and the leadership styles of potential candidates. We will present a shortlist of suitable candidates within a maximum of two weeks.

After we invite the potential leader(s) for an introductory meeting, we supervise the interview process, the appointment, and the start of your new digital leader. If required, the entire process can be carried out completely confidentially and ‘under the radar‘.
