After gaining experience as a marketer, Lotte chose recruitment as her next challenge. She uses her marketing background to understand what clients and candidates are looking for and find the perfect match.

Outside work, Lotte loves meeting new people and discovering new countries and cultures. She prefers to spend the entire day outdoors: exercising, somewhere high up in the mountains, or on the beach.
