As Head of Growth, you will be responsible for building the commercial engine from the ground up. You will combine strategic ownership with hands-on execution, especially during the early phase, before gradually building out the team and surrounding growth organization. Your responsibilities include:Developing and executing the go-to-market strategy, including positioning, target audiences, channels, offers and market priorities. Building and managing the performance acquisition engine, with a strong focus on CAC, payback, contribution margin and profitable growth. Developing a high-performing creative and testing system, including UGC, hooks, concepts, formats and creative iteration. Building and scaling creator, influencer, affiliate, ambassador and referral programs. Owning CRO and the customer funnel, from landing pages and product pages to checkout, offers and experimentation. Connecting acquisition to activation, membership conversion, engagement, retention and LTV. Building lifecycle and CRM strategies across launch, onboarding, upsell, renewal and win-back. Using data, forecasting and experimentation to continuously improve commercial performance and make informed investment decisions. Identifying and launching opportunities for international expansion, including market selection, localization and channel rollout. Building the growth organization as the company scales, including hiring specialists and developing the right external partner network. Creating the dashboards, processes and operating cadence needed to scale the business while maintaining speed and ownership. This is a role with a high level of autonomy. You will be expected to get into the details yourself, but also to think several steps ahead about what the organization needs next.

Project Management: Coordinate resources and drive end-to-end projects to ensure flawless execution of merchant campaigns and category launches.
